A few years ago John and his team from JMP fitted new doors and windows to our entire house here in North Wales. The products are of a high quality and the installation was extremely good. We recently had an issue with one of the windows which John attended to promptly and without question. There may be other options available but the quality and overall service from JMP has been excellent and worthwhile.

Excellent after sales service after a few years of wear. The door was taking ages to lock as locks seemed out of synch. New system ordered and fitted quickly which has solved our problem. Can highly recommend the firm for customer service and integrity.

What great service from JMP Windows! A few days ago I called the office and asked if they could come out and have a look at our bifold doors, which had started sticking a little — probably due to the extreme heat. John and the boys turned up first thing, just as they said they would. Quick coffee, a quick look and the job was done! And, as they originally fitted the doors, there was no charge. You really can’t ask for better service than that. We’ve actually used JMP Windows for over 20 years, across two different houses, and they’ve also built a porch for us. The reason we first knew about them goes back even further — John fitted my parents’ double glazing over 40 years ago, when double glazing was still pretty new! That really says it all. A quality, reliable and trustworthy family business that has looked after our family. Would highly recommend JMP Windows to anyone. Fantastic high quality products, brilliant service and just lovely people.

John and the team go out if the way to help customers. Their workmanship is of excellent quality and they respond quickly even for small jobs, John does not rest until everything is perfect. We had a small repair required, 5 years after installation and they were as brilliant as ever, no fuss, straight out and sorted

We used JMP windows for our new front door, we wanted to reinstate the original 1930s arched porch and wanted to use someone trusted and local to us. They did an amazing job, our new door, and side panel windows have transformed our house. Everything was made to our requirements and ordered and fitted quickly and left tidy. We have since got a new landing window too and again all ordered and fitted well. Thank you

We've had dealings with John and his family team over a number of years, the installations including patio sliding windows, 2 sets of dormer windows, and more recently external doors to kitchen and utility room. And now, right up to date (June/July 2026) we've had 7 replacement windows all fitted very neatly, old windows taken away and everything tidied up. We have been very impressed with the overall efficiency of the firm, with daughter Vicki coming round to discuss our order, taking preliminary measurements from which to provide an estimate. Once accepted this was followed by a visit from John for more detailed measuring plus assessing any additional work needed, e.g. lintels above the new windows .It was then back to Vicki for any revisions, signing the contract, ordering the materials, and giving an indication of the timing of the work. The window installations were done by sons Troy and Oliver, who worked hard and efficiently, with a friendly and helpful manner, supervised by John. We have been very pleased with their latest work, maintaining their usual high standard. The 7 replacement windows were installed in slightly less than 3 full days. The whole process from initial enquiry through to completion was less than 2 months. On the basis of our experience over a number of years we can strongly recommend JMP Window Systems!

I was impressed from the start with JMP Window Systems. I received excellent advice and was fully informed of all the different windows available. I was also delighted with the quality of work and with the immaculate condition of the house afterwards. The fitters were all extremely polite and very knowledgeable. VERY QUICK RESPONSE TO A SHATTERED LARGE PATIO WINDOW, REPLACEMENT WAS SOURCED AND INSTALLED WITHIND DAYS. VERY PROFESSIONAL THEY EVEN RE-BALANCED THE DOORS AS THEY HAD GONE SLIGHTLY 'OFF KILTER'. 1st CLASS ALL ROUND - WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING JMP
